Cinemax has found Quarry's rock.
Mary Elizabeth Winstead has been cast on the Cinemax drama pilot, "Quarry," opposite star Logan Marshall Green, TheWrap has learned exclusively.
She will play Joni, Quarry's (Green) wife, who is one of the few who stands by her husband after he returns from the Vietnam War.

The show, anchored by Chris Cuomo and Kate Bolduan, drew 247,000 total viewers including 95,000 in the key 25-54 demographic.

The media attention instead centered on an innovative marketing campaign driven by an odd couple pairing of a Hollywood studio and BitTorrent.
The film flopped, racking up roughly $200,000 in limited box-office release, but BitTorrent is claiming that its efforts in raising awareness of "Arthur Newman" were a rousing success.

That $4.4 billion record was set in 2011; last summer the box office dipped back down to $4.29 billion. If the box office continues on this torrid pace, this summer will easily top last year.

In the latest spoof of the famous "American Psycho's" murder scene, Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend Scott Disick plays Christian Bale playing Patrick Bateman. Kim Kardashian's best friend, Jonathan, plays the guy who's brutally murdered. And it's all in the name of promoting Kim's boyfriend Kayne West's new album, "Yeezus," which officially came out Tuesday.

Tull praised the studio as a tremendous partner, but also said that both his company and the studio were in different places than when they started working together in 2004.
Legendary's deal with Warner Bros. expires at the end of the year, and Tull said Legendary had engaged in preliminary talks with other studios.

The first two seasons of "Blue" launched on the streaming service Monday.
Earlier this year, Fox entered into a multi-year programming, marketing and distribution partnership with Wigs, after Fox decided to extend the reach to Hulu as part of its multi-platform strategy.

It has acquired the rights to the project, written by Dennis L. Baxter and produced by Baxter and 28 Entertainment's Jay Hoffman and Brian A. Hoffman, which depicts George's life as a country music legend while battling his personal demons.
