There’s one word that comes to mind when thinking about the massive musical festival Coachella: emotional.
Whether it’s the moment a recently unknown artist performs while the crowd sings every word, or when thousands of people bounce in sync under a tent to with confetti dancing around the air. It all evokes emotion.

If you’re anything like me, your DVR is filled with at least three episodes of American Idol and a two-hour episode of NBC’s The Voice on a weekly basis.
I’m hooked. The Blind Auditions, the infamous Idol opening rounds, the sappy stories meant to make your eyes fill up with a tear or two. All of it makes for good TV and I’ve been sucked in.

Throughout the years, many might not expect much from the American Idols LIVE! Tour. While past seasons’ summer showcase might have served as nothing more than a nice near three hour diversion, this group of 11 finalists might be on their way to changing that perception forever.
