network 350 of city based websites connecting businesses with
their patrons by providing up to the minute information. Each individual city website is a Local Social Network all about Local Food, Entertainment and Business. Adding columns by National writers to each city gives site visitors a better backdrop in which to see and compare their own local community.
Broom Closet Studio - a fully functioning video production facility with green screen, sets and editing suites. It is at Broom Closet Studios that the company produces an expansive assortment of weekly programs which are aired on all IC Places websites and on Mevio.com (the premier video network on the internet) IC Places shows range from "The Instant Movie Review" airing every Friday to icSports, a weekly sports round up show airing every Thursday. In August on 2010 IC Places shows where viewers over 25 million times across IC Places and the Mevio networks making them some of the most successful video shows on the internet.

founded IC Places in 2005. He has served as Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its incorporation in 2005. In 2008 he became the Company President. Mr. Samblis has been responsible for the Company's website design and marketing strategies.
 Luke Martin: Chief Technical Officer
Luke
Martin
brings an extensive background in web development and
economic analysis to the team.
Luke has a Masters degree in economics and has spent
considerable time developing advanced trading applications
for commodity brokers and producers. Luke's programming
knowledge, combined with his business education and
experience allow him to smoothly liaison between
business/marketing departments and tech departments. No
translator is needed.
Marvin Mora
Mr. Mora has spent the past 5 years in the wireless industry. His duties ranged from sales and management of sales teams to product launches. This experience will be vital as the wireless industry grows and begins to provide a majority of web experience via a wireless device. Mr. Mora also spent 10 years experience in the Hospitality and Service industry working in management, marketing and initial team building
 Shawn
Conti - Treasurer
Shawn Conti earned a BS in Economics from the Richard T. Farmer School
of Business at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Shawn currently resides
in Tampa, FL and is active in commercial real estate development and leasing.
Shawn specializes in retail real estate and has worked with the nation's
largest retail developers and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Shawn is
a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ICSC
Next Generation, a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and is a candidate
for the prestigious CCIM designation. In 2008 Real Estate Florida magazine
named Shawn to it's 30 under 30 list, which honors the most successful
commercial real estate professionals under the age of 30. Shawn is active
in the community and sits on the board of several philanthropic organizations.
In his free time Shawn enjoys running marathons and traveling.
 PETER MESSINEO - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Messineo is a CPA in Florida and New York and has over 25 years of accounting experience in public accounting practice, consulting and private industry as Controller and CFO.
Public accounting experience has been with national and regional CPA firms servicing a broad based clientele including software, manufacturing firms, distribution companies, and various service industry companies. Consulting experience has been with an international consulting firm servicing multi-billion dollar clients, in the capacity of financial support and reporting and with personal clients in the capacity as an intermediary compiling annual and quarterly filings required of the Securities and Exchange Commission; private placement memorandums; mergers and acquisitions; business budgeting and modeling; as well as other business development attributes. Peter received his degree in accounting from Pace University in New York and his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Long Island University.
 Brian Aungst - Director of Government Relations
Brian Aungst served as the Mayor of one of Florida’s largest cities, Clearwater for 2 terms from 1999-2005. Term limits kept him from seeking a third term. He was credited with turning a stagnant city around serving as the catalyst to attract unprecedented economic development to a once dormant community. During his six year tenure he attracted nearly $750 million of economic development to Clearwater including a sweeping redevelopment of the city’s number one economic engine, Clearwater Beach.
In his roll at IC Places, Aungst will advise the company on how best to interact with local authorities. He will guide government communications and help open doors of communications with mayoral offices throughout the United States
 Brian B Hayes - Director of Special Projects
Brian B. Hayes is an internationally renowned photographer with work is published each month in magazines worldwide. Brian has a wide range of shooting styles from Maxim, and Fitness covers to Vogue and editorial fashion. He has traveled the world shooting and is very well known for his sexy calendars. His SNI Swim wear Calendar sells worldwide and is fast becoming the #1 selling glamour calendar in the United States. The SNI Calendar was voted the #1 glamour calendar by the National Calendar Association. http://www.SNIswimwear.com. His work also extends into television. He has completed swim wear shows for networks like Discovery, A&E, and FOX Sports. Brian is now producing his own Calendar show series which should air in 2010.
As Director of Special Project, Brian works with the company coordinating special events and talent for the IC Places websites and shows.
Andy Lackow - Branding Guru
Andy has joined IC Places to help re-stylize the Company's websites. Lackow's redesign initiative will focus on the site's headers, Icons and visual layout, turning the website's word based navigation structures into fantastic iconic cityscapes which will visually guide visitors through each City's offering. The current site header is one of Andy's first creations for the company.

Bryan played professional basketball for three and half years. He played with the Atlanta Hawks, New York Knicks and internationally in Athens, Greece, Russia, Stockholm,Sweden, and Prishtina, Kosovo. Bryan is the VP of Solutions with CSI TECH in Florida. Bryan attended the University of West Florida and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated with a BA degree.
 Harvey V. Cohen
Mr. Cohen
is a former state prosecutor for the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He received a law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He was enlisted in the U.S. Army from 1985 through 1989. His assignments took him from upstate New York to Panama. After graduating from Stetson, Harvey was employed by the State Attorney's Office. Mr. Cohen is a partner with the Law Firm of Cohen & Battisti in Winter Park Florida. He is also a co-owner of the Arena Football League team The Tampa Bay Storm.

Manages the video production department that produces video content for IC Places.com. We also produce marketing, advertisement and corporate videos. Harold Butch Crawford has 30 years of experience as a professional Photographer and Videographer. He has worked with the Los Angeles Times as a Photo technician and Photo Journalist, Orlando Sentinel Videographer Photo Journalist, covered professional motor sports with Trackside Photo and Military Photographer. Freelanced for NBC Burbank, Calif, The Associated Press, Universal Studios Orlando and many of the top media company's. Harold was born in Steeler country and is currently living in Winter Garden Fl as a Steeler fan!
