the entry form from our Monthly Contest. To be eligible, entries must
be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete
entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of
IC Places, Inc. IC Places is not responsible for lost, misdirected or
delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal
delivery will not be accepted. Contest ends June 15th 2009
CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to US citizens,
of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. Employees
of IC Places Inc., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies
and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate
family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are
excluded from this contest.
2. The prizes are not redeemable in cash
and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of the contest judges are
final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes
the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness
and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or
advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without
limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in
television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the
internet and picture data storage) which IC Places may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner
acknowledges that IC Places, Inc. . may not be held liable for any loss,
damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
6. Winners must be the age of
majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by IC Places,
Inc. acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete
contest rules.
7. IC Places, Inc. retains the rights,
in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent
kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize
or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
9. This contest is subject to all federal,
provincial and municipal laws.
10. IC Places, Inc. reserves the right
to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

12. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS WARNER
BROS. ENTERTAINMENT INC. AND EACH OF ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, DIVISIONS,
AFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS AND ADVERTISING AGENCIES (COLLECTIVELY, “WBEI”)
FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS
OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM
THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY
(INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REMOVAL FROM THE SITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION
OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS), OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM
ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH,
AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS,
DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN
NO EVENT WILL THE WBEI BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR
LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY
ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM
AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE
REMOVAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS
TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF,
OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE
OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT
LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES, ALL PRIZES, AND ALL MATERIALS
PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
